In South Korea, the problem of sharing multimedia files and copyrights is
small compared to the recent idea of the online exchange: wife exchange!For now, the new transaction hasn’t reached epic proportions, but police already has arrested a 37 year old man in the city of Pusan who served the so called "swingers", the ones practicing couple exchange.Reuters declares that at least 150 persons have been investigated and serious charges have been brought. What they did is beyond imagination: they posted online nude photographs, which would help the swingers to decide if they’re interested or not in that couple. Bad, very bad! And the South Korean police think that this is the worse crime: obscene material publishing, not the couple exchange. According to the charges, publishing this type of material is a violation of the information technology laws in this country. The Bubu Plus website, the meeting place of the swingers, attracted more than 5,000 "extremely dangerous" individuals. It’s interesting that the police don’t blame the Internet, only the people involved.
